The 38th floor Skylounge is a unique party room situated on the highest floor of the condominium above the penthouse suites. The Skylounge offers a bar, mini fridge, microwave oven, washrooms, a piano,
music entertainment system and three separate areas. The Skylounge also boasts a wrap around terrace,
with panoramic views from all directions. Clearly a premium location with a lot to offer.
The Skylounge is available for use by residents for a small fee mostly to cover
cleaning and security for your event. For more information or to obtain a rental agreement
