From the East/North (401/DVP)

Take HIGHWAY 401 (Westbound) to the DON VALLEY PARKWAY (South, exit 375 towards DOWNTOWN). DON VALLEY PKWY S. exits to the GARDINER EXPRESSWAY (right lanes, towards DOWNTOWN). Take the YONGE ST./BAY ST. exit (2nd exit), stay in leftmost lane (YONGE/BAY ST.). Merge onto the Lakeshore Rd. (under the DVP). Go to the leftmost lane, exit to Yonge St. (1st left) towards the lake. 10 Yonge St. is the building to your right just before the lake (Queens Quay), across the street from the Toronto Star Building (on your left). 10 Queen's Quay is around the corner on your right across from the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel.

From the West (Queen Elizabeth Way)

Take QEW (Eastbound) becomes the GARDINER EXPRESSWAY EAST (towards DOWNTOWN). Take the YONGE ST./BAY ST. exit, stay in leftmost lane (2nd exit, YONGE/BAY ST.). Merge to the right as you pass Bay St. (1st light) and make a right onto Yonge St. 10 Yonge St. is the building to directly your right, across the street from the Toronto Star Building (on your left). 10 Queen's Quay is around the corner on your right across from the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel.

From the West/North (Airport)

Take HIGHWAY 401 (Eastbound) to the HIGHWAY 427 (South). HIGHWAY 427 S. exits to the GARDINER EXPRESSWAY EAST (left lanes, towards DOWNTOWN). Take the YONGE ST./BAY ST. exit, stay in leftmost lane (2nd exit, YONGE/BAY ST.). Merge to the right as you pass Bay St. (1st light) and make a right onto Yonge St. 10 Yonge St. is the building to directly your right, across the street from the Toronto Star Building (on your left). 10 Queen's Quay is around the corner on your right across from the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel.

Using the TTC (Subway/Harbourfront LRT/Streetcar and Bus)

From Downtown:
Take the subway to UNION STATION. Follow the signs to the Harbourfront LRT. Take any streetcar (#510 SPADINA or #509 EXHIBITION). Get off at the first stop (BAY ST./FERRYDOCKS) and walk east along Queen's Quay to Yonge St. 10 Queen's Quay is just before the plaza across from the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel. and 10 Yonge St. is the first building to the north.
Streetcars (#510 or #509 to UNION STATION): Streetcars run aboveground along Queen's Quay eastbound. Get off at BAY ST./FERRYDOCKS (1st underground stop) and walk east along Queen's Quay to Yonge St. 10 Queen's Quay is just before the plaza across from the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel. and 10 Yonge St. is the first building to the north.
Bus: The #6 BAY bus runs along Queen's Quay from Jarvis St. (Loblaws) to Bay St. northwards to Union Station and downtown.
       From Downtown: Get off at the WESTIN HARBOUR CASTLE HOTEL (1st stop after turning onto
       Queen's Quay from Bay St.). 10 Yonge St. is across the street.
       To Downtown: Board the bus at the stop on the NE corner of Yonge St. and Queen's Quay.
