Property Management Office (Managed by

Residential Management Services Ltd.)
Brookfield will administer the day-to-day operations
of the buildings. They will supervise all trades and work required for
daily maintenance and operations of all common elements, such as the concierge,
elevators, and heating and air conditioning systems.

office at 416-362-1222 or by email (rwtc@rogers.com).
Management office hours are 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday. Summer hours
on Fridays during June, July and August are 9am-1pm.
