| The Residences of the World Trade Centre boasts
a long list of amenities from a 24 Hour Concierge to Valet Parking
Service and a 38th Floor Skylounge Party Room. Our two
buildings also share 30,000 square foot Recreation
Facilities mostly on the Second Floor of the complex. Please contact
the Concierge or Management Office for more information. |

| Indoor
Pool, Whirlpool & Saunas |
|
| Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. except Mondays 9:30 -
11:30 am & Tuesday through Sunday
9:30 - 10:30 am for maintenance and cleaning. |

| The Indoor Swimming Pool are is located on the second
floor of the 10 Yonge Street building on the Northwest corner of the
complex (signs are posted). To get to the indoor swimming pool, you
will enter through the appropriate men's or lady's change room. In
these change rooms there are Saunas (one for men and one for women).
There are also shower facilities, washroom facilities and lockers.

| In the Indoor Pool are there is also a whirlpool.
Whirlpool jets can be activated by the timer on the wall. |

| Aerobics Room
|

| Hours: 5am - 11pm daily, unless the room is previously
booked. |

The Aerobics room is a 2400 square foot room, located
on the second floor of the 10 Yonge Street building's north side.
Free and user pay exercise and well being classes are taught in the
Aerobics room. For further information on these classes contact the
Recreation Director at 416-364-3127.
Although the Aerobics room is typically locked, access can be obtained
by contacting the Concierge desk or by phoning 416-362-5612. Access
is permitted to one Resident and two guests using the room for personal
enjoyment not commercial purposes. Access is from 5a.m. to 11p.m.
daily, unless the room is previously booked. |

| Second Floor Party Rooms
|
|
| Hours: By reservation only. Please contact the
Property Management office at 416-362-1222. |

| The second floor has three Party Rooms for use by
the residents. The Bostonian Lounge is located in the 10 Yonge Street
building and the Hong Kong Harbour and New Yorker rooms are located
in the 10 Queens Quay building. |
|
| All party rooms are equipped with a kitchen, sofas
and chairs. In addition there is a television available in the Bostonian
Lounge and a dance area available in the Hong Kong Harbour Room. |
|
| Second Floor Party rooms are available for use by
residents of the buildings for a small fee mostly to cover cleaning
and security for your event. For more information or to obtain a rental
agreement please contact the Property Management Office or by
calling 416-362-1222. |

| 24 Hour Concierges
|
|
| The Concierge Desk is manned on a 24 hour basis and
the man on duty will gladly assist you in case of an emergency. The
desk is located in the main lobby, as the Concierge personnel are
required to be readily available to respond to emergency situations.
We ask that you do not take up their time with idle conversation.
The Concierge is responsible for protecting the interest of all residents.

| All visitors must check in with the Concierge so
a call to your suite may be made to announce your guest(s). |

| Valet Parking Service
|
|
| All Residents can take advantage of the valet service.
Your vehicle will be parked in your parking space and/or brought from
your parking space to the front of the building. Sign up for valet
service by signing a waiver form at the Concierge desk. |

| Fitness Center

| Hours: 24 hours per day, 7
days per week |
|
| Residences of the World Trade Centre can boast one
of the top condominium fitness centers in the city. The Fitness Centre
is located on the second floor of the 10 Queens Quay building on the
north side (overlooking the outdoor waterfall). |

| All residents must sign in when using any equipment.
Reservations are available for the most popular cardiovascular equipment.
Please abide by the rules posted in the Fitness Centre. |

| Viewing Room
|
|
| The Viewing Room is located on the second floor of
the 10 Queens Quay building across from the Hong Kong Harbour Room.
Access is available through the Concierge desk or by calling the 10

| Guest Suites |
|
| Hours: By reservation only. Please contact the
Property Management Office at 416-362-1222. |

| Currently there are three guest suites located on the
second floor of the 10 Queens Quay building at the south-west corner.
Guest suites are used for guests of residents living at 10 Yonge Street
or 10 Queens Quay West only. The guest suites are modestly furnished
with a full bathroom, mini fridge, linen and towels and one queen
sized bed in each. |

| The cost of the guest suites is $70.00-$100.00 per night.
Reservations are strongly recommended and required. |

| Children's Playroom
|
|
| Hours: 5am to 11pm daily. |

| The Children's Playroom is located on the second floor
of the 10 Queens Quay building at the north end (above the outdoor
waterfall). Access is free and available from 5a.m. to 11p.m. daily.

| Children must be supervised by an adult 18 years
or older. |

| Golf Putting
and Driving Range |
| |
| The Putting and Driving range is located on the second
floor of the 10 Queens Quay building at the north end (above the outdoor
waterfall). The Putting and Driving range must be unlocked by the
Queens Quay Concierge. Either go to the Concierge desk or phone 416-362-5612.

| Squash and
Basketball Courts |
| |
| There are three squash courts, one with a Basketball
hoop, located in the Queens Quay building on the main floor behind
the concierge desk. You can also access the squash courts by the stairs
at the north-west corner of the Fitness Center. |

| Athenian
Lounge and Billiard Room |
| |
| Hours: 5am to 11pm daily. Contact the 10 Queens Quay
Concierge for equipment and for access to the Billiard Room. |

| The Athenian Lounge is located on the second floor
of the 10 Yonge Street building at the end of the bridge to the 10
Queens Quay building. In the lounge are there are two Shuffleboard
tables and two Ping-pong tables. In a separate adjacent room there
is a Pool table. |

| Ping-pong balls and rackets and shuffleboard rocks
are available for sign-out from the 10 Queens Quay Concierge or by
using the enterphone system near the bridge. Please also contact the
10 Queens Quay Concierge for access to the Billiard Room. |

| Outdoor
Swimming Pool |

| Hours: 5am to 11pm daily from May to September. |

| The Outdoor Swimming Pool is located on the third floor
deck between the two buildings. Access can be gained from the second
floor. The pool has a large sundry area with chairs and tables available
for use by residents. |

| Barbecue

| There are several gas barbecues available on the third
floor deck between the two buildings. To minimize confusion amongst
groups we require that residents make reservations for the barbecues.

| Location & Hours: P1 level 10 Queens Quay. Please
contact the Concierge for the key. |

| There is a hobby room for use by the residents for
home projects such as woodworking, painting, etc. You must bring your
own materials and tools and clean up afterwards. Residents should
check at the 10 Queen's Quay Concierge desk for room availablity and
the key. |
