10 Yonge Street Skylounge Access Policy

 We are pleased to report that furniture and barbecues have been added to the Skylounge Terrace. We have revised the Access Policy accordingly for the use of the Skylounge – 38^th floor Party Room.

• The Skylounge will be accessible on a casual access basis daily from 9:00 a.m. to midnight.

• Eight (8) people per suite will be allowed access.

• The suite resident will have to sign-in at the Concierge desk immediately prior to having access.

• The suite resident will have to sign-out at the Concierge desk immediately after use (Please note that the sign-out process is a protection for users - this will enable the Concierge to note who is using the space should damage or thefts occur).

• The suite resident and their guests will all have to enter the elevator from the front lobby together, as the elevator will be unlocked to access the Skylounge and immediately relocked.

• Re-entry to the Skylounge will have to be done through the front lobby Concierge desk.

• Residents and their guests are requested to clean up after themselves.

• The barbecues may be reserved by calling the Concierge desk at
  (416) 362-5995.

  • The barbecue reservation is for a period of 1 hour.

  • Only one barbecue may be reserved at one time.

  • Residents are requested to turn off the gas after using the barbecue.

If the Skylounge is booked for a private party then casual access as listed above will not be permitted.  Copies of this policy are available at the Concierge desk.
