The new neighbourhood Bayside, which will stretch along the water from Sherbourne St. to Parliament.
Elevator Equipment Upgrades
We are pleased to advise residents that we are targeting the end of August to begin the upgrades to the elevator mechanical equipment. During the project, one elevator at at time will be unavailable.

2010 World Routes Summer Festival at Harbourfront Centre

Every weekend from July 1 to September 6, Harbourfront Centre hosts a series of FREE outdoor festivals that explore the idea of “global to local and local to global.”

For the safety of all, please do not throw cigarette butts off of the balconies. Any objects thrown off, or swept off, your balcony only land on other balconies and my cause a serious fire hazard.

The Residences of the World Trade Centre is a 700-unit  neighbourhood of downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Please take time to review our web site.

The features of our world class residences are endless, but include an ideal location on Lake Ontario's waterfront only a few minutes walk from the downtown core.

Two sister towers of
37 and 26-storeys at 10 Yonge Street and 10 Queen's Quay share a 30,000 square foot recreation facility on three levels. Amenities include a two-level podium with retail and health facilities, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, squash courts, and the beautiful Skylounge party room.

The Residences of the World Trade Centre are registered Toronto condominium corporations MTCC 979 (10 Yonge St.) and MTCC 989 (10 Queen's Quay).

Our Condominium Recycling Program

All residents - Please ensure that any recyclable materials are placed into the bins to reduce the new trash taxes. Recycling bins for clothes and shoes are now located downstairs in both buildings.
